Responsibilities:
- Attend Incoming calls and inquiries in a clear, friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge and understanding in interpreting hotel rate
- Promptly provide accurate information regarding availability, rates and other guest inquiries
Requirements:
- Female/Male, Max 25 years, High School/Diploma from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong customer service, telephone and computer skills
- Fluent in English
